摘要
湛江钢铁CDQ发电机组调试过程中,存在发电机转子轴振偏高问题,严重影响机组的稳定运行。通过对各轴瓦振动数据进行分析诊断,判断机组轴系存在不平衡。通过机组振动数据进行关联性研究和计算分析,对发电机转子实施3次双平面动平衡试验,将各轴瓦的振动幅值降至100μm以下,取得良好效果。本次发电机组采用一次加准平衡法进行平衡,为同类型机组的动平衡提供技术参考。
During the commissioning of the CDQ generator set of Zhanjiang Steel, there was a problem of high shaft vibration of the generator rotor, which affected the stable operation of the unit.By analyzing the vibration data of each shaft tile, it was determined that there was an imbalance in the shaft system of the unit. The correlation study and calculation analysis of the unit vibration data were carried out, and three biplane dynamic balancing tests were performed on the generator rotor to reduce the vibration amplitude of each shaft tile to below 100 μm, achieving good results. The generator set is balanced by the balancing without trial weights, which provides a technical reference for the same type of units.
