摘要
提出了一种基于历史运行数据分析的线性、非线性混合控制策略,通过在某钢厂余热锅炉上的应用,实现了锅炉热风挡板的全程自动控制,进而实现了锅炉燃烧与送风有关的氧量、送风量和热风风压等的全要素、全程自动控制。这种全新的热风挡板控制策略还可以应用于冶金、石化、电力行业的燃气动力锅炉的控制,以提高自动化运行水平。
This paper proposes a linear and nonlinear hybrid control strategy based on historical operation data analysis. Through the application on a waste heat boiler in a steel plant, the whole automatic control of boiler hot air baffle is realized, leading to the full element automatic control of oxygen quantity, air supply quantity and hot air pressure, etc. that are related toboiler combustion and air supply.This new hot air baffle control strategy can also be applied to the control of gas boilers in the metallurgical, petrochemical and power industries to improve automatic operation.
