Review of Studies on Khitan Women in Liao Dynasty since the 21st Century

21世纪以来,随着材料丰富度的提升以及研究视角的开阔,辽代契丹女性的研究成果不断涌现,研究对象涵盖了不同阶层的契丹女性,研究视角也从关注女性自身到探索其与社会、国家的互动。截至目前,学界围绕契丹女性政治参与、社会地位、日常生活、婚姻、教育、思想文化等问题展开了专题性研究,但各专题研究成果多寡不一。

Since the 21st century, with the improvement of material richness and the broadening of research perspectives, research achievements of Khitan women in Liao Dynasty have emerged constantly. The research objects cover Khitan women of different classes, and the research perspective has also changed from focusing on women themselves to exploring their interaction with society and the country. Up to now,academic circles have carried out thematic research on the Khitan women’s political participation, social status, daily life, marriage, education, ideology and culture, but the number of research achievements varies from subject to subject.
