摘要
中山市公共自行车项目于2011年起分期建设和投放使用,有效解决了市民出行“最后一公里”问题。但随着生活水平的提高,市民对交通出行品质需求提出了更高的要求,共享自行车的出现从技术上更好地满足了市民的品质出行需求,具有很好的使用体验感,从而形成对公共自行车的竞争优势。然而共享自行车因资本风投引发无序竞争、缺乏监管、罔顾社会效益等弊端,逐步成为各城市管理亟需解决的难题。公共自行车和共享自行车如何优势互补,实现转型发展,成为各地城市绿色健康发展必须面对的问题。本文针对以上问题,以中山公共自行车项目为例进行系统分析,并结合实际研究提出转型发展建议。
The Zhongshan public bicycle project has been built and put into use in phases since 2011,effectively solving the problem of"last mile"of citizens'travel.However,with the improvement of living standards,citizens have put forward higher requirements for the quality of transportation,and the emergence of shared bicycles has better technically met the quality travel needs of citizens and has a good sense of use experience,thus forming a competitive advantage for public bicycles.However,the drawbacks of shared bicycles such as disorderly competition,lack of supervision,and disregard for social benefits caused by capital venture capital have gradually become an urgent problem for urban management.How to complement each other and achieve transformation and development has become a problem that cities everywhere must face for green and healthy development.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the Zhongshan public bicycle project as an example to conduct a systematic analysis,and puts forward suggestions for transformation and development based on actual research.
