摘要
业主选择装配式建筑预制构件供应商过程中更多地关注其成本、质量、服务等,较少考虑备选供应商的低碳水平。基于业主采购方视角,在考虑社会利益和公众利益的基础上将低碳水平纳入预制构件供应商评价指标体系。通过C-OWA算子对指标进行赋权,基于前景理论和犹豫模糊语言集构建预制构件供应商评价模型。通过TOPSIS法计算各备选供应商的相对贴近度,对其进行优劣排序,提高决策的准确性,并通过算例验证模型的有效性和可行性。
In the process of selecting prefabricated building component suppliers,the owner pays more attention to their cost,quality and service,and less considers the low-carbon level of alternative suppliers.Based on the perspective of the owner purchaser,considering the social and public interests,this paper brings the low-carbon level into the evaluation index system of prefabricated component suppliers.The indexes are weighted by C-OWA operator,and the prefabricated component supplier evaluation model is constructed based on prospect theory and hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets.The relative closeness of each alternative supplier is calculated by TOPSIS method,and the advantages and disadvantages of alternative suppliers are sorted to improve the accuracy of decision-making.An example is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
