工科院校经管类大学生核心竞争力研究

Research on the core competitiveness of economics and management students in engineering colleges

跟所有大学生一样,工科高校背景下经管类的大学生毕业之后找工作需要有核心竞争力。在分析社会人才需求以及大学生职业发展现状的基础上,运用结构方程模型分析各项变量与指标之间的内在联系,对工科高校经管类大学生的核心竞争力权重进行研究。揭示了工科院校经管类大学生核心竞争力的构成要素以及评价指标,指出工科院校经管类大学生培养核心竞争力的重点在于专业基础能力和创新实践能力,为在校大学生提高核心竞争力提供参考和建议。

The college students majoring in economics and management studying in engineering colleges,like all other college students,need core competitiveness to find a job after graduation.On the basis of the analysis of the demand for social tacents and the present situation of college students’career development,this paper uses the structural equation model to analyze the internal relationship between the variables and indicators,and studies the weight of the core competitiveness of college students majoring in economics and management in engineering colleges.This paper reveals the college students'core competitiveness of administration as well as the evaluation index under the background of engineering components,and points out that the cultivation of core competitiveness of economics and management college students in engineering colleges lies in the professional basic ability and innovative practice ability,which provides a reference and the suggestions for college students to improve the core competitiveness.
