校企协同视角下大学生创业教育长效机制探索

Exploration of Long-term Mechanism of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of School Enterprise Collaboration

大学生创业教育是一项需要发挥高校、企业和学生合力的系统工程,校企协同视角下开展大学生创业教育,有利于提高大学生实践创新能力,培养高素质创新型人才。但实现校企双方有效协同,仍面临教育体系不够完善、应用性不够强、效果不够明显三方面挑战。因此可通过搭建创业教育实践平台、发挥专业课的应用价值、校企实现双赢等机制,实现创业教育的育人价值和社会价值。

Entrepreneurship education for college students is a systematic project that requires the joint efforts of colleges, enterprises and students. Developing entrepreneurship education for college students from the perspective of school enterprise collaboration is conducive to improving students’ practical innovation ability and cultivating high-quality innovative talents. However, to achieve effective collaboration between schools and enterprises, there are still three challenges: the education system is not perfect enough;the application is not strong enough;and the effect is not obvious enough. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing these challenges, we should realize the educational value and social value of entrepreneurship education by building a practice platform for entrepreneurship education, giving play to the application value of professional courses, and realizing win-win mechanisms for schools and enterprises.
