槐米对棉和棉与莫代尔针织物的预媒法染色

摘要 采用单因子试验方法,以K/S值为评价指标,研究制备槐米提取液过程中的料液比和染色过程中pH值、时间、温度等参数对棉和棉莫针织物槐米染色性能的影响。研究表明,制备槐米提取液的优化料液比为1∶80,采用明矾作为预媒染剂进行染色时,纯棉和棉莫针织物的优化染色工艺为:pH值7.0,温度50℃,时间10 min。研究发现,槐米上染纯棉和棉莫针织物的速率很快,染色后织物颜色鲜艳均匀、上染效果好,且染色后棉莫针织物的DE*和K/S值均比纯棉针织物更高,色牢度更好。 Using the single factor test method, with K/S value as the evaluation standard, the influence of the material-liquid ratio of Sophora Japonica L. during extraction and effects of pH value, time and temperature on dyeing process of cotton and cotton/modal knitted fabrics with Sophora Japonica L. are studied. The results show that the optimum material-liquid ratio of cotton and cotton/modal knitted fabric is 1∶80. The optimum dyeing process of pure cotton and cotton/modal knitted fabrics with alum pre-mordant dyeing is as follows: pH value 7.0, temperature50 ℃, time 10 minutes. It is found that the rate of dyeing cotton and cotton/modal knitted fabrics was very fast,the dyed fabrics were bright and uniform, and the DE*and K/S values of dyed cotton/modal knitted fabrics were higher and the fastness was better than that of cotton knitted fabrics.
