深色印染棉与莫代尔混纺纤维定量工艺优化

摘要 为提高深色印染棉与莫代尔混纺纤维定量准确性和检测效率,研究采用剥色与超声技术相结合,对深色印染棉与莫代尔混纺纤维进行溶解定量。通过分析定量关键因素超声温度和时间、剥色温度、时间等对溶解定量结果的影响,探索深色印染棉与莫代尔混纺纤维最佳定量工艺,并与现行标准方法进行结果对比。结果显示:选用浓度为5 g/L的保险粉溶液,在60℃下剥色30 min后,在超声频率为40 kHz、溶解温度为40℃、溶解时间60 min时,获得深色印染棉与莫代尔混纺纤维最佳定量结果。该方法相比于传统方法准确度高,定量效率得到显著提高。 To improve the quantitative accuracy and detection efficiency of dark dyed cotton/modal blended yarn, the stripping and ultrasonic technology is adopted for the study of the quantitative dissolution of dark dyed cotton/modal blended yarn. In order to analyze the influence of key quantitative factors, such as ultrasonic temperature and time, stripping temperature and time on the dissolution quantitative results, and explore the best quantitative process of the dark dyed cotton/modal blended yarn, it compares the results with the current standard method. The results show that the best quantitative results of the dark dyed cotton/modal blended yarn are obtained with the experimental condition of stripping for 30 minutes at 60 ℃ with the 5 g/L sodium hydrosulfite solution,and the ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz, the dissolution temperature is 40 ℃, and the dissolution time is 60minutes. Compared with the traditional method, this method has high accuracy and the quantitative efficiency is significantly improved.
