摘要
传统脂肪酸类捕收剂水溶性较差,低温条件下对萤石的捕收效果不佳。针对贵州某石英型低品位萤石矿,开发了新型捕收剂LY13,通过条件试验确定适宜的药剂制度为:Na_(2)CO_(3)用量300g/t,水玻璃用量600g/t,LY13用量600g/t。经“1粗6精1扫”闭路试验流程,获得了CaF_(2)品位98.46%、回收率为80.75%的萤石精矿。研究结果可为同类型萤石资源的开发利用提供有益参考。
The traditional fatty acid collector is poor in water solubility and has poor collecting effect on fluorite at low temperature.A new collector LY13 was developed for a quartz-type low-grade fluorite ore in Guizhou Province,and the appropriate reagent system was determined by condition test as follow:Na_(2)CO_(3)of 300 g/t,sodium silicate of 600 g/t and LY13 of 600 g/t.Fluorite concentrate with CaF_(2)grade of 98.46%and recovery rate of 80.75%was obtained through the closed-circuit test process of"one roughing,six cleaning and one scavenging".The results can provide useful reference of the exploitation and utilization for the same type fluorite resources.
