硅酸钙板质废弃物处理含铅污水及土壤试验

摘要 硅酸钙板固体废弃物中通常含有托贝莫来石,在污水处理和土壤改良剂制备方面具有潜在应用价值。分别以抛光粉和废弃硅酸钙板为原料制备吸附剂和土壤改良剂,通过吸附—脱附和土壤重金属固化试验探究其对含铅污水和铅污染土壤的处理效果。结果表明:(1)废弃的硅酸钙板和抛光粉的主要成分为托贝莫来石,二者对溶液中Pb^(2+)均有较好的吸附效果且不易脱附,其中抛光粉吸附剂对Pb^(2+)的吸附容量为264.84 mg/g,废弃硅酸钙吸附剂对Pb^(2+)的吸附容量为275.12 mg/g。(2)2种改良剂对土壤中Pb^(2+)的固化效果良好,若提高相互之间的接触,改良效果有望进一步提高。(3)2种改良剂均可以降低土壤容重,同时使土壤水分蒸发加快。研究结果可为硅酸钙板废弃物的消纳利用提供有益参考。 The solid waste of calcium silicate board usually contains tobermorite,which has potential applications value in wastewater treatment and soil amendment preparation.Polishing powder and waste calcium silicate board were used as raw materials to prepare adsorbents and soil improvers respectively.Then,the treatment effects on lead-containing sewage and soil were studied through the adsorption-desorption and soil heavy metal solidification tests.The results showed that:(1)tobermorite is the main component of the waste calcium silicate board and polishing powder,and both of them have good adsorption effect on Pb^(2+)in the solution and are not easy to desorbed.The adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+)for the polishing powder adsorbent is 264.84 mg/g,and the adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+)for the waste calcium silicate adsorbent is 275.12 mg/g.(2)The two amendments have good curing effect on Pb^(2+)in soil,and the improvement effect is expected to be further improved if the contact between the two amendments is increased.(3)Both of the two amendments could reduce the soil bulk density and accelerate the evaporation of soil water.The results can provide useful reference for the consumption and utilization of calcium silicate board waste.
