复方桐叶烧伤油在咽瘘护理中的应用研究

Study on application of compound Tongye burn oil in the nursing of pharyngeal fistula

目的:研究复方桐叶烧伤油在咽瘘护理中的应用。方法:回顾性分析赣南医学院第一附属医院2010年1月—2021年12月入院行喉切除和喉切除术后行放化疗出现咽瘘的患者40例,对照组应用常规换药治疗咽瘘患者共17例,实验组在对照组基础上联合复方桐叶烧伤油换药治疗咽瘘患者共23例。观察两组患者的临床指标(换药次数、瘘口闭合时间及住院费用)、两组患者换药干预前及换药干预2周后的疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]。结果:实验组换药次数、瘘口闭合时间及住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);换药干预2周后与换药干预前对比,两组患者VAS分级均显著降低(P<0.05),且实验组低于相同时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方桐叶烧伤油用于咽瘘护理中,可改善患者瘘口处疼痛并促进瘘口闭合,可减轻经济负担,有利于患者疾病转归。

Objective : To study the application of compound Tongye burn oil in the nursing of pharyngeal fistula. Methods : Retrospective analysis was made on 40 patients with pharyngeal fistula admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2010 to December 2021 after laryngectomy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital. There were 17 patients in the control group treated with routine dressing change, and 23 patients in the experimental group treated with compound Tongye burn oil on the basis of the control group. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared(dressing change times, fistula closure time and hospitalization expenses);Comparison of visual pain before and after dressing change in the two-week intervention group [Visual analogue scale(VAS)]. Results :The frequency of dressing changes, fistula closure time and hospitalization cost in experimental group were significantly lower or shorter than those in control group(P<0. 05). After 2 weeks of dressing change intervention, the VAS grades of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before dressing change intervention(P<0. 05), and the grades of experimental group were lower than those of control group at the same time point(P<0. 05). Conclusion :The application of compound Tongye burn oil in the nursing of pharyngeal fistula can not only improve the pain at the fistula site and promote the closure of fistula, but also can relieve the economic burden and be benefitial to the disease outcomes of patients.
