右美托咪定非静脉途径用药的临床研究进展

摘要 右美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine,Dex)是广泛应用于临床的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有高度选择性,主要作用包括镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抑制交感活性等。近些年来,Dex非静脉途径给药因其应用便捷、起效缓和等优势,越来越受到人们重视。然而,不同的非静脉给药途径各有优势和不足,适用的临床情况也不尽相同。根据不同的临床个体选择合适的Dex给药途径是现代医学理论和理念下个体化治疗的要求。因此,本文就Dex的不同非静脉给药途径的优势、不足等方面的进展进行综述,探讨不同给药途径各自适用的临床情况,为Dex的个体化临床用药提供参考和思路。 Dexmedetomidine(Dex) is a highly selective α2 adrenergic receptor agonist widely used in clinical practice.Its main effects include sedation, analgesia, anti-anxiety, and inhibition of sympathetic activity. In recent years, Dex non-intravenous drug delivery has attracted more and more attention due to its advantages of convenient application and moderating effect.However, different non-intravenous routes of administration have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the clinical conditions of application are also different. According to different clinical individuals, the requirement of individualized treatment under modern medical theory and concept to select appropriate Dex administration routeisofgreat importance.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different non-intravenous delivery routes of Dex were reviewed, and the clinical application of different delivery routes was discussed, so as to provide reference and ideas for individualized clinical use of Dex.
