摘要
依托深圳地铁13号线工程,建立一套完整的盾构渣土处理工艺流程,根据渣土的组分特点组建了一套完整的处理设备,实现盾构渣土中碎石、砂、泥饼的高效快速分离。该技术处理效率高,分离效果好,产生了较好的经济、环境效益。
Relying on the Shenzhen Metro Line 13 project,a comprehensive set of shield muck treatment process was established,along with a set of treatment equipment according to the component characteristics of the muck,which efficiently realized the rapid separation of gravel,sand and mud cake in the shield muck.The technology has high treatment efficiency,outstanding separation effect and excellent economic and environmental benefits.
