摘要
在铸件检验过程中对于大型、复杂曲面及异形铸件的检验,采用传统的尺寸测量方式,尺寸难以精确检测且效率较低。选择3D扫描仪应用于铸件检验中,通过3D扫描采集数据,将数据与3D模型进行拟合,最终实现快速、准确地检测出铸件的形状尺寸偏差并作出判断,满足交付要求。
In the casting inspection process for large,complex curved surface and special-shaped castings,the traditional dimension measurement method is used,which is difficult to accurately detect the dimension and low efficiency.Therefore,3D scanner is selected to be applied in casting inspection.Through 3D scanning data collection,the data is fitted with 3D model,and the shape and size deviation of the casting can be detected quickly and accurately and the judgment can be made to meet the delivery requirements.
