摘要
以一种发动机飞轮壳塌陷缺陷问题为例,分析了飞轮壳塌陷缺陷产生的原因,通过对浇冒系统合理优化,提高液态补缩能力和优化浇注操作等方面提出解决思路,最终将飞轮壳塌陷缺陷率降至较低水平。
Taking the collapse defect problem of an engine flywheel housing as an example,the causes of flywheel shell collapse defect are analyzed,the solution idea was put forward by optimizing the pouring system reasonably,improving the liquid feeding capacity and optimizing the pouring operation,and finally the collapse defect rate of the flywheel housing was reduced to a low level.
