两种微创腔镜术式治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石伴感染对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 对比微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)与输尿管软镜碎石术(F-URL)治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石伴感染的效果。方法 选择绵阳市第三人民医院2016年4月-2018年4月收治的输尿管上段嵌顿性结石伴感染患者134例,以随机数字表法分为A组(67例)和B组(67例),分别采用MPCNL术与F-URL术治疗。比较2组患者结石清除率、临床指标水平及术后并发症发生率。结果 A组患者术后3 d结石清除率为97.01%,显著高于B组的83.58%(P<0.05);B组患者手术用时和住院时间均显著短于A组(P<0.05);B组患者中转开放手术率显著高于A组(P<0.05);2组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 MPCNL术治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石伴感染可有效提高早期结石清除效果,降低中转开放手术风险;而F-URL术在降低操作难度和加快术后康复进程方面具有优势,临床应当根据患者具体情况和需求合理选择治疗手段。
