摘要
为了提高农产品加工自动化水平,分析热红外成像技术在其中的应用,总结农产品加工自动化中的红外成像技术种类与成像原理,阐述热红外成像技术的运用,最后论述热红外成像技术的发展趋势与前景,发挥热红外成像技术优势,提高农产品加工、检测与质量控制水平,实现加工自动化的目标。
