以传统文化数字化转型拓展干部政德教育路径研究

中华优秀传统文化具有鲜明的政德指向。数字媒体时代,我国优秀传统文化符号、英雄人物、传统仪式、价值理念等文化资源不断实现数字化、媒介化和故事化转型,这既是传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的内在要求,也是干部政德教育日常化和生活化的现实需要。为拓展干部政德教育的路径,需要领导干部提升数字传统文化治理能力、领导能力和“产消能力”等数字素养,不断涵养政德,回应数字时代的新考验和新要求。

Chinese excellent traditional culture has a distinctive political and moral orientation. In the era of digital media, China’s excellent traditional cultural symbols, heroes, traditional ceremonies, values and other cultural resources have been transformed into digitalization, media and storytelling. This is not only the internal requirement for the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, but also the practical need for the daily and life oriented education of cadres’ political ethics. In order to expand the path of political morality education for cadres, it is necessary for leading cadres to improve their governance abilities, leadership abilities and “production and consumption abilities” of digital traditional culture, constantly cultivate political morality, and respond to the new test and requirements of the digital era.
