摘要
中国式现代化要求实现师德评价的现代化。师德评价现代化是师德评价目的、内容、主体、方法等各方面的现代性特征不断增长和实现的过程。当前师德评价现代化面临师德边界扩大、师德标准两极分化、评价目的偏向绩效管理、评价主体过度依赖“他评”的困境。为促进师德评价现代化,加强师德建设,必须澄清师德评价的边界和范围,科学研制师德标准,建立发展性评价模式并构建自评基础上的多元评价主体。
Chinese path to modernization requires the modernization of teachers’ morality evaluation, which is a process in which the modernity characteristics of the purpose, content, subject and method of the evaluation are constantly growing and realized. At present, the modernization of teacher’s morality evaluation faces the dilemma of expanding the boundary and polarization of standards of teacher’s ethics. The purpose of evaluation is biased towards performance management, and the subject relies excessively on “other evaluation”. In order to promote the modernization of teacher’s morality of evaluation and strengthen the construction of teacher’s ethics, it is necessary to clarify the boundary and scope of the evaluation, scientifically develop the evaluation standards, establish a developmental evaluation model and build a diversified evaluation subject based on self-evaluation.
