支架内再狭窄治疗现状

Current situation of in-stent restenosis treatment

随着冠心病发病率逐年上升,经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)手术量也随之增加,随之而来一个十分值得关注的问题,即支架内再狭窄(ISR)。虽然第二代药物洗脱支架(DES)在支架设计、涂层药物及合金材质方面进行了改进,但支架内再狭窄这一问题仍然严峻。本文就支架内再狭窄目前治疗策略及相关最新研究进行综述。

With incidence rate of coronary heart disease gradually rises year by year, operation amount of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) grows as well. Then a very noteworthy problem comes, namely in-stent restenosis(ISR). Though second-generation drug-eluting stent(DES) improves stent design, eluting drug and alloy material, ISR remains serious. The present article makes a review on current therapeutic strategy and related newest research on ISR.
