过敏性疾病与冠心病相关性研究的进展

Research progress of correlation between anaphylactic disease and coronary heart disease

过敏性疾病是一组与变态反应相关的炎症性疾病。炎症反应是过敏性疾病与冠心病的共同特征,近年来,许多研究显示两种疾病之间存在一定联系。过敏反应可能通过不同机制促进冠心病的发展,而早期对过敏性疾病患者进行心血管风险的评估和预防对于改善患者预后具有重大意义。本文就过敏性疾病与冠心病相关性研究的进展进行综述。

Anaphylactic diseases are a group of inflammatory diseases related to anaphylactic reactions. Inflammatory response is a common feature of anaphylactic disease and coronary heart disease(CHD). In recent years, association between these two diseases have been shown in many studies. Anaphylaxis may promote CHD development through different mechanisms, and early assessment and prevention of cardiovascular risk in patients with anaphylactic diseases are of great significance for improving patients’ prognosis. The present article reviews research progress on correlation between anaphylactic disease and CHD.
