农村已婚女性劳动力就地就近就业影响因素分析——基于Logit模型

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Local and Nearby Employment of Rural Married Female Labor Force Based on Logit Model

农村已婚女性劳动力就业受到多种因素影响,为了对其进行深入了解,基于荆州市沙市区岑河镇陈龙村的实地调研数据,建立Logit模型,从个人因素、配偶因素、家庭因素和社会因素对影响农村已婚女性劳动力就地就近就业的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:文化程度、配偶工作情况、配偶年收入、家庭与城区距离、老人与未成年人数量和乡镇企业数量对农村已婚女性劳动力就地就近就业意愿有显著影响。针对上述情况提出政策建议:加强农村基础教育和职业技能培训;引进乡镇企业,扶持创新创业,发展县域经济;健全土地流转制度,完善养老托育和子女入托入学服务体系;鼓励与支持多渠道参与就业,灵活就业;加强农村基础设施建设。

The employment of rural married female labor force is affected by many factors.In order to have an in-depth understanding,based on the field survey data of Chenlong Village,Cenhe Town,Shachu District,Jingzhou City,the Logit model was established,and the factors affecting the local and nearby employment of rural married female labor force were analyzed empiricly from the perspectives of individual factors,spouse factors,family factors and social factors.The results showed that the education level,the spouse's working status,the spouse's annual income,the distance between the family and the urban area,the number of the elderly and minors and the number of township enterprises have a significant impact on the local employment intention of rural married female labor force.In view of the above situation,the paper put forward policy suggestions:we would strengthen basic education and vocational skills training in rural areas,introduce township enterprises,support innovation and entrepreneurship,develop county economies,improve the land transfer system,improve the service system for nursing care and children's enrollment,encourage and support multi-channel participation in employment,provide flexible employment,and strengthen rural infrastructure development.
