传承与创新视域下警察队列训练改革研究

Research on the Reform of Police Queue Training from the Perspective of Inheritance and Innovation

队列训练是警察体育中的一项重要训练科目,对于人民警察“内强素质、外树形象”具有重要意义。鉴于传统队列训练相对单调,队列训练效用递减等情况,应从队列训练的教学方法、教学手段、教学模式等方面进行创新改革,从而使队列教学更具有针对性、规范性和实效性,为一线队列训练的实训人员提供参考。

Queue training is an important training subject in police sports,which is of great significance for the people’s police to "strengthen their quality inside and build their image outside".In view of the fact that the traditional queue training is relatively monotonous and the effectiveness of queue training is decreasing,innovative reforms should be made in the teaching methods,teaching means,teaching models and other aspects of queue training,so as to make queue teaching more targeted,standardized and effective,and provide reference for queue training practitioners.
