Research on the Realization Path of Higher Vocational College Counselors Fostering Virtue through Education in the New Era

立德树人是新时代高职院校肩负的重要任务。辅导员是高职院校立德树人工作的直接参与者,必须扛起时代责任,精心培养栋梁之材。从立德树人的时代内涵及辅导员的角色定位入手,分析高职院校辅导员在工作中面临的问题和挑战,探讨践行立德树人根本任务的实现路径,为高职院校辅导员更好地实现立德树人目标提供理论参考。

Fostering virtue through education is the important task of higher vocational colleges in the new era.Counselors are the main implementors of fostering virtue through education,who should take the responsibility of times and to cultivate talents.Starting from the connotation of fostering virtue through education and the role positioning of counselors,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the counselors,explores the realization path in the work,so as to provide effective theoretical reference for counselors.
