新一代信息技术环境下高端装备智能制造工程管理理论与方法 被引量:10

Engineering Management Theory and Methodology for High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing in the Era of New-generation Information Technology

摘要 工程管理是高端装备智能制造的核心科学与技术之一。新一代信息技术与高端装备制造业的深度融合,在推动高端装备制造业向数字化、网络化、智能化和服务化演进的同时,也引发了高端装备智能制造工程的组织方式和管理模式发生重大变革。本文从全球发达国家和地区的产业政策层面、我国政府的政策设计层面、世界一流高端装备制造企业的实践层面以及国内外基础理论与方法研究层面,系统性地回顾了高端装备智能制造及其工程管理的发展现状;总结阐述了新一代信息技术环境下高端装备智能制造的资源组织方式、制造全过程管理方式、工程管理服务化模式、信息服务与智能决策模式等发生的根本性变革;分析提出要围绕跨时空多粒度制造资源管理、全过程多维度制造系统管理、大规模多模态制造服务化管理、基于云边融合的智能决策等方面,研究构建新一代信息技术环境下高端装备智能制造工程管理理论与方法体系。 Engineering management is one of the core science and technology of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing,the deep integration of the new-generation technology and high-end equipment manufacturing industry is promoting high-end equipment manufacturing industry moving toward digitization,intellectualization,networking and servitization,and at the same time,which also causes major changes in the organization modes and management modes of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing engineering.This study systematically reviews the development status of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing and engineering management for high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing from the industrial policy of developed countries and regions,the policy planning of our government,the practice of world-class high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,and the research of basic theories and methods at home and abroad;summarizes and expounds the fundamental changes in resource organization modes,whole-process manufacturing management modes,service-oriented engineering management modes,information service and intelligent decision-making modes of high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing under the new-generation information technology environment;analyzes and proposes that it is necessary to study and construct the system of engineering management theory and methodology for high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing in the era of new-generation information technology,focusing on the theory and methodology of multi-granularity manufacturing resource management across time and space,the theory and methodology of whole-process multi-dimensional manufacturing system management,the theory and methodology of large-scale multimodal manufacturing servitization management,the theory of intelligent decision-making and decision support system technology based on cloud edge fusion,etc.
