柴胡的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Bupleurum

柴胡临床应用广泛,化学成分复杂,其中皂苷类、黄酮类、挥发油类、多糖类、香豆素类为主要活性成分,具有抗癌、抗抑郁、抗炎、抗氧化、保护心脏、保护肝脏、保护肾脏、镇痛、抗纤维化、抗病毒等作用。本文对柴胡化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行综述,以期为柴胡的临床合理应用及资源开发奠定基础。

Bupleurum has a wide range of clinical applications, and its chemical constituents is complex, the saponins, flavonoids, volatile oils, polysa-ccharides and coumarins are the main active components of Bupleurum.It has the effects of anti-cancer, anti-depression, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, protecting heart, protecting liver, protecting kidney, analgesia, anti-fibrosis, anti-virus, and so on.In this paper, the research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Bupleurum was reviewed in order to lay a foundation for the rational clinical application and resource development of Bupleurum.
