中西医结合疗法治疗射血分数保留心衰疗效观察

Efficacy observation of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

目的:观察益气温阳利水中药联合西药治疗射血分数保留心衰患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的射血分数保留心衰患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药汤剂(保元汤合真武汤加减)口服,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组E/A、6MWT较治疗前升高(P﹤0.01),E/e’、NT-proBNP较治疗前下降(P﹤0.01);治疗组E/A、E/e’、6MWT较对照组改善明显(P﹤0.05)。两组患者在研究过程中无不良反应发生。结论:保元汤合真武汤加减联合常规西药治疗可以有效改善射血分数保留心衰患者的临床症状,提高运动耐量,改善左室舒张功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Lishui Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods:The patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Chinese herbal medicine decoction(modified Baoyuan decoction and Zhenwu decoction)on the basis of control group.For both groups,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate was 90.0%in treatment group and 66.7%in control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).E/A and 6MWT were increased compared with before treatment(P﹤0.01);E/e’and NT-pro BNP were decreased compared with before treatment(P﹤0.01);E/A,E/e’and 6MWT of treatment group were more significantly improved than those of control group(P﹤0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in patients of two groups during the study.Conclusion:Modified Baoyuan decoction and Zhenwu decoction and conventional western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with HFpEF,enhance the exercise tolerance,and improve left ventricular diastolic function.
