杜藤方联合局部封闭治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Duteng formula and local blocking on knee osteoarthritis with syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney

目的:观察杜藤方联合局部封闭治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎患者50例,随机分为两组各25例。对照组予局部封闭治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予杜藤方口服,治疗3周后,分析两组的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%(P﹤0.05)。两组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC功能指数评分均较治疗前有所降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组的各项评分均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:杜藤方联合局部封闭治疗膝骨关节炎效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duteng formula and local blocking on knee osteoarthritis with syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:50 cases of selected patients with knee osteoarthritis,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by local blocking,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Duteng formula on the basis of control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index Scale(WOMAC)were analyzed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 68.0%of control group(P﹤0.05).VAS score and WOMAC function index score of patients in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and each score of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Duteng formula combined with local blocking has a better efficacy on knee osteoarthritis.
