温阳散寒、化痰活血法联合灸法治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Efficacy observation of Wenyang-Sanhan Huatan-Huoxue decoction and moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with syndrome of yang deficiency and cold coagulation

目的:观察温阳散寒、化痰活血法联合灸法治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组各60例,两组患者均予西药控制血糖治疗,并予甲钴胺片口服,合并高血压的患者服用降压药。治疗组另予温阳散寒、化痰活血中药汤剂联合艾灸治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的63.3%(P﹤0.05);两组中医证候积分均下降,治疗组下降更明显(P﹤0.05);两组正中神经、腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV水平均高于治疗前,并且治疗组高于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗组下降更明显(P﹤0.05)。结论:温阳散寒、化痰活血法联合灸法能有效治疗阳虚寒凝型糖尿病周围神经病变。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang-Sanhan Huatan-Huoxue decoction and moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with syndrome of yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods:120cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine for control of blood glucose and with oral mecobalamin tablets;the patients complicated with hypertension were treated plus with antihypertensive drugs.The treatment group was treated plus with Chinese herbal medicine Wenyang-Sanhan Huatan-Huoxue decoction and moxibustion.Results:After treatment:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than 63.3%of control group(P﹤0.05);TCM syndrome score was decreased in both groups,especially obviously in the treatment group(P﹤0.05);the levels of MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were higher than before treatment in both groups,and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05);the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were decreased in both groups compared with before treatment,and the decrease in treatment group was more obviously than in control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang-Sanhan Huatan-Huoxue decoction and moxibustion can effectively treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy with syndrome of yang deficiency and cold coagulation.
