摘要
以大籽獐牙菜种子为供试材料,研究不同浓度的GA_(3)、IAA、IBA及NAA等4种外源植物激素对大籽獐牙菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在形态大小上,大籽獐牙菜种子个头较大。不同的植物激素对促进大籽獐牙菜种子萌发的影响不同,GA_(3)对种子萌发的促进作用最显著,发芽率最高的是50 mg/L的GA_(3)处理,高达92.67%;低浓度的IAA对大籽獐牙菜种子的萌发有一定促进作用,但是对大籽獐牙菜萌发后的幼苗生长可能具有抑制作用;IBA和NAA-NA可能不适合作为大籽獐牙菜种子萌发的促进激素。
The effects of different concentrations of gibberellin(GA_(3)), indoleacet-ic acid(IAA), indolebutyric acid(IBA) and NAA on seeds of Swertia macrosetia were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Swertia macrop-hylla were larger in morphology and size.Different plant hormones had differe-nt effects on seed germination of Swertia macrosetia, GA_(3)had the most significant effect on seed germination, and the highest germination rate was 50 mg/L GA_(3), up to 92.67%. Low concentration of IAA promoted seed germination of Swertia macrosetia to some extent, but inhibited seedling growth after germination. IBA and NAA-NA may not be suitable for seed germination promotion of Swertia macrosetia.
