高职院校开展职业理想教育的逻辑理路与体系建构 被引量:2

摘要 科学而崇高的职业理想是高技能人才自我成长和服务社会的强大内驱力。当前,高职学生的职业理想与实际就业之间存在结构性偏差,既存在轻视技能的现象,也存在技能理想难以实现的情况。高职院校应通过教育激励代替禀赋依赖,让学生的职业理想从“自在”向“自在而自为”转变。为此,需要积极建构职业理想教育体系,形成理念、制度、环境全方位支撑的顶层设计,探索教师、教材、教法多维度升级的教育实施路径,建设面向教师、学生、学校的发展性评估框架,使学生树立“技能成才、技能报国”的职业理想,成为建设技能型社会的生力军。 Scientific and lofty vocational ideal is a powerful internal driving force for highly skilled personnel to grow and serve the society.At present,there is a structural deviation between vocational ideal and actual employment of higher vocational students.There is not only the phenomenon of neglecting skills,but also the situation that the ideal of skills is difficult to realize.Vocational colleges should replace dependence on endowment through education incentives,so that students'vocational ideal can be transformed from"free"to"free and self-oriented".Therefore,it is necessary to actively construct the vocational ideal education system,form the top-level design supported by the concept,system and environment,explore the educational implementation path of multi-dimensional upgrading of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods,build a developmental evaluation framework for teachers,students and schools,so that students can establish the vocational ideal of"skills to become talents,skills to serve the country",and become a new force in the construction of a skill-based society.
