职业教育生产性服务业“新商科”综合实训混合模式重构 被引量:2

摘要 “新零售”理念下,现代服务业中新模式、新业态蓬勃涌现,其发展变化导致其岗位知识需求和岗位技能需要都产生了颠覆性变革,现代商业企业运维能力凸显数字化整合的要求,而职业院校将其列为传统市场营销专业和新兴电子商务、物流专业教育的领航标和路线图。然而传统商科教育实训模式存在资金投入、人才迭代、资源整合等诸多困境,难以真正实现系统性、理念化、综合类实训效能。因此,基于DTM数字孪生技术,结合AIoT-cp物联平台、三维可视模型、流式数据追踪、GCL技术等,自主研发打造,模拟仿真重构多场景、多体系的智能制造教学实训系统,有效解决“数字化时代”职业教育实训教学过程中高投入、高损耗、高风险及难实施、难观摩、难再现的“三高三难”问题。 Under the concept of"new retail",new models and new business forms of modern service industry have emerged vigorously,and their development and changes have brought about disruptive changes in their job knowledge needs and job skills needs.The operation and maintenance capabilities of modern commercial enterprises highlight the requirements of digital integration,and vocational colleges regard it as the beacon and road map of traditional marketing major,emerging e-commerce and logistics professional education.However,there are many difficulties in traditional business education training mode,such as capital investment,talent iteration,resource integration and so on.It is difficult to realize systematic,idealized and comprehensive training efficieness.Therefore,based on DTM digital twin technology,combined with AIoT-cp platform,three-dimensional visual model,streaming data tracking and GCL technology,the intelligent manufacturing teaching training system with multi-scenes and multi-systems simulation reconstruction came into being.This can effectively solve the"three high and three difficult"problems of high investment,high loss,high risk and difficult implementation,observation and reproduction in the practical teaching process of vocational education in the"digital era".
