摘要
为提高钼酸铵分光光度法对喀什地区地表水总磷测定质量,对其测定质量因素进行分析。结果表明,采用沉降法、补偿法、过滤法对总磷测定干扰消除效果均可满足总磷测定标准质量控制要求,总磷测定时水样pH值是否调回中性对其测定质量影响较低,应在24h内完成总磷的测定,降低地表水中泥沙含量对总磷吸附影响。研究成果对喀什地区地表水总磷质量控制具有重要参考价值。
In order to improve the determination quality of total phosphorus in surface water by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,the quality factors were analyzed and the quality control measures were discussed.The results show that the interference elimination effect of sedimentation method,compensation method and filtration method on the determination of total phosphorus can all meet the quality control requirements of the total phosphorus determination standard.Whether the pH value of the water sample is returned to neutral during the determination of total phosphorus has a low impact on the determination quality.The determination of total phosphorus should be completed within 24 hours to reduce the impact of sediment content in surface water on the adsorption of total phosphorus.The research results have important reference value for the quality control of total phosphorus in surface water in Kashi region.
