循环开挖下的水工隧道成洞质量数值研究

摘要 在隧道开挖等施工过程中,对隧道成洞质量进行把控,可以防止隧道变形、坍塌等工程事故的发生,但实际工程中影响隧道成洞质量的因素较为复杂。为了探究水工隧道成洞质量的影响因素,借助三维有限元模拟软件FLAC3D,结合实际水工隧道工程,通过设置不同工况下循环开挖,研究不同岩性下的隧道及其道口的沉降与应力变化特征,发现岩体参数的强弱是影响隧道成洞质量的主要因素,并建议在岩性较弱区域进行支护或封闭施工。 In the construction process such as tunnel excavation,controlling the quality of tunnel formation can prevent the occurrence of engineering accidents such as tunnel deformation and collapse,but the factors affecting the quality of tunnel formation in actual engineering are more complicated.In order to explore the influencing factors of hydraulic tunnel caving quality,this paper uses the three-dimensional finite element simulation software FLAC3D,combined with the actual hydraulic tunnel engineering,to study the settlement and stress changes of tunnels and their crossings under different lithology by setting up circular excavation under different working conditions,and finds that the strength of rock mass parameters is the main factor affecting the quality of tunnel cavities,and recommends support or closure construction in areas with weak lithology.
