摘要 采用熵值TOPSIS法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)与RSR法(Rank-sum ratio)相结合的评价方法,对4家三甲医院的16台MRI设备在2021年度的运营情况进行综合评价。分档结果为“良”和“中”的设备占比达到81%,分档结果为“优”的设备所占比例为13%,仅有1台设备的分档结果为“差”,占比为6%。各医院设备运营情况整体良好,医院之间差异较小,今后应重点关注MRI设备的成本控制,实现医疗设备差异化管理,通过提高信息化管理水平提升医疗设备运营效果以及使用效率。 Using the evaluation method of Entropy TOPSIS(Technology for Order Preference by Similarity to an Idea Solution) and RSR method(Rank-sum ratio), the operation of 16 MRI equipment in four grade Ⅲ hospitals in 2021 was comprehensively evaluated. According to the grading results, 81% of all equipment are classified as "good" and "medium", 13% are classified as "excellent", and only one equipment is classified as "poor", accounting for 6%. The overall operation of the equipment is good, and the differences between hospitals are small. In the future, we should pay attention to the cost control of MRI equipment, realize the differentiated management of medical equipment, and improve the information management level to improve the operation effect and use efciency of hospital medical equipment.
