Design and Implementation of State-owned Assets Management System for Major Public Hospitals

分析国有资产管理业务特点,设计相关角色及业务流程,从基础层、数据层、应用层、管理层及安全保护体系等角度设计国有资产管理系统整体架构。采用MVC架构开发,服务器采取虚拟化、集群化部署,数据库采用SQLServer,用户端采用B/S架构,与医院财务、办公、供应商管理等多个系统实现互联互通,形成数据集成平台,提高管理效率。该系统在医院实际应用中取得了较好效果。

It analyzes the characteristics of the state-owned assets management business,design the relevant roles and business processes,and design the overall structure of the state-owned assets management system from the perspectives of the basic layer,data layer,application layer,management layer and security protection system.Using MVC structure,server virtualization and cluster deployment,the SQL Server for the database,the B/S structure for the user terminal;and realizes interconnection with multiple systems such as hospital finance,office,supplier management,etc.,forming a data integration platform and improving management efficiency.The system has achieved good results in practical application in hospitals.
