转型发展视野下云南省新建地方本科院校大学生就业能力提升对策研究——以文山学院为例

摘要 文山学院作为云南省新建的地方本科院校,面临着转型发展的历史使命和机遇。与有多年办学历史的老牌本科院校相比,存在着诸多的先天不足和发展短板。就业是民生之本,大学生就业状况是学校转型发展成功与否的重要评价指标。如何创新人才培养模式,提升大学生就业能力,实现毕业生充分就业的工作目标,是学校进行高质量内涵式发展面临的重要课题。 As a newly established local undergraduate college in Yunnan Province,Wenshan University is facing the historical mission and opportunity of transformation and development.Compared with the established undergraduate colleges with many years of history,there are many congenital deficiencies and shortcomings in development.Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and the employment status of college students is an important evaluation index of the success of school transformation and development.How to innovate the talent training mode,improve the employment ability of college students,and achieve the goal of full employment of graduates is an important issue for the school to carry out high-quality connotative development.
