现代烟草工业设备信息故障预测及检测技术研究

Research on the Information Fault Prediction and Detection Technology of Modern Tobacco Industry’s Equipment

目前,我国烟草工业行业已形成一套优化、完善的发展体系,烟草行业为我国社会经济、国家富强建设都提供不可或缺的帮助。而在烟草工业中,机械设备是其生产的核心工具,如因设备管理出现失误,抑或维护保养不到位,必然会影响机械设备的使用周期,严重影响正常的生产作业。基于上述问题,本文基于互联网的基础上,以烟草工业设备管理作为出发点,对其管理和后期维护保养进行简单分析,提出烟草机械设备预检方式与故障预测分析,以期能帮助我国烟草行业的蓬勃发展。

At present, the tobacco industry has formed a set of optimized and improved development system in our country. The tobacco industry has provided unavailable help for the social economy and the construction of a strong and prosperous nation in our country. In the tobacco industry, mechanical equipment is the core tool of its work. If there are mistakes in equipment management, or the maintenance is not in place, it will affect inevitably the service cycle of mechanical equipment and affect seriously the normal production work. Based on the above problems, this paper, based on the Internet, takes the significance of tobacco industry equipment management as the starting point, makes a simple analysis on its management and later maintenance, and puts forward the pre-inspection methods and fault prediction analysis of tobacco machinery and equipment, in order to help the vigorous development of tobacco industries in our country.
