With the accelerating pace of the country’ s construction of a powerful transportation in our country, Nanchang Metro ushered in a rapid development, the grass-roots staffs team is growing. Good personnel training mode can lay a solid foundation for the good development of talents team in subway company. However, the current traditional training mode of subway companies is faced on the problems such as long training cycle, high cost and unsatisfactory training effect in the training of grassroots employees. Through the innovative application of VR & AR technology in the traditional training of subway grassroots employees, the training cycle is shortened, the training cost is reduced, the training effect is better,and the professional quality of the trainees is improved significantly.
