宁夏海原、西吉两县农村居民棘球蚴病核心知识知晓率及其影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of the awareness rate of core knowledge of echinococcosis among residents in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia

目的分析宁夏棘球蚴病高发地区农村居民棘球蚴病核心知识知晓率的主要影响因素,为制定相应的防治策略提供参考依据。方法以2021年宁夏南部山区两县(海原县、西吉县)农村居民作为调查对象,通过问卷调查的方法获取被调查者年龄、性别、职业、文化程度等人口学特征,建立logistic回归模型分析农村居民棘球蚴病核心知识知晓率及其影响因素。结果5条核心知识中,核心知识全部知晓率为13.33%,单一核心知识知晓率分别为37.42%、58.71%、32.69%、43.44%、59.14%,不同性别、职业、文化程度,家中或周围有棘球蚴病患病,所在地区开展棘球蚴病宣传教育的情况下农村居民棘球蚴病核心知识全知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、家中或周围是否有人患过棘球蚴病、所在地区开展棘球蚴病宣传教育情况是影响居民棘球蚴病核心知识全知晓率的主要因素。结论宁夏南部山区农村居民棘球蚴病核心知识知晓率偏低,当地政府和相关部门应进一步加强棘球蚴病的宣传教育工作,提高当地居民的健康防护意识。

Objective To explore the main influencing factors of the awareness rate of core knowledge of echinococcosis among residents in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia,and to provide references for the development of corresponding prevention and control strategies.Methods In 2021,the main influencing factors of the awareness rate of core knowledge of echinococcosis among residents of Haiyuan county and Xiji county of Ningxia were investigated.The study was performed by using the questionnaire survey patients'age,sex,occupation,educational level and other demographic information.A logistic regression model was established and the main factors that influence the resident′s echinococcosis core knowledge awareness was analyzed.Results The awareness rate of all five items of core knowledge was 13.33%,and the awareness rate of single core knowledge was 37.42%,58.71%,32.69%,43.44%and 59.14%,respectively.There were significant differences in the awareness rate of the core knowledge of echinococcosis among rural residents with different gender,occupation,education level,prevalence of human echinococcosis at home or around,and the situation of echinococcosis health education in the area(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender,education level,whether someone had been infected with hydatid disease at home or around,and the area where the health education about hydatid disease was carried out were the main factors affecting the awareness rate of hydatid disease core knowledge among residents.Conclusion The awareness rate of the core knowledge of echinococcosis in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia is lower.The local government and relevant departments should further strengthen the publicity and education of echinococcosis and improve the health protection awareness of local residents.
