常规牙周机械治疗联合盐酸米诺环素治疗种植体周围炎的效果观察

Effects of conventional mechanical therapy combined with minocycline hydrochloride on patients with peri-implant inflammation

摘要 目的分析常规牙周机械治疗联合盐酸米诺环素治疗种植体周围炎的临床效果。方法抽取新密市中医院2019年6月至2022年3月收治的45例种植体周围炎患者,按照治疗方式分为对照组(22例,种植体22颗)与研究组(23例,种植体23颗)。对照组采用常规牙周机械治疗,研究组在机械疗法的基础上给予盐酸米诺环素联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、牙周指数(探诊出血、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数)。结果研究组总有效率(95.65%,22/23)高于对照组(72.73%,16/22),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组探诊出血、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论种植体周围炎患者在接受常规牙周机械治疗时,给予盐酸米诺环素联合治疗能取得显著疗效,有效改善牙周状况。 Objective To analyze the effects of minocycline hydrochloride combined with conventional mechanical therapy on patients with peri-implant inflammation.Methods Forty-five patients with peri-implant inflammation treated in Xinmi City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to March 2022 were selected.According to treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(22 cases,with 22 implants)and study group(23 cases,with 23 implants).The control group was treated by conventional periodontal mechanical therapy,while the study group was treated by minocycline hydrochloride combined with mechanical therapy.The therapeutic effects,periodontal indexes(probing bleeding,periodontal pocket depth and plague index)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.65%,22/23)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%,16/22),P<0.05.After treatment,probing bleeding,periodontal pocket depth,and plaque index in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions During routine periodontal mechanical treatment for patients with periimplant inflammation,applying minocycline hydrochloride combined treatment can achieve significant curative effects.It can significantly improve the periodontal condition.
