法定数字货币的发展现状和挑战研究

A Study on the Development Status and Challenges of Legal Digital Currency

随着“十三五”规划的落幕,“十四五”规划逐渐起航,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导方针,数字货币被写入十四五的规划提议。党的十九大以来“,高质量发展”一词也被着重强调,法定数字货币可以通过提高交易效率、加速产业融合等方式推动经济向高质量发展转型。因此,在经济高质量发展的背景下,为促进法定数字货币更好地作用于经济,本文回顾了近期法定数字货币的研究进展,发现其在货币端、技术端、交易端等方面存在着挑战,并提出相关研究展望。

As the 13th Five-Year Plan comes to an end and the 14th Five-Year Plan takes off, digital currencies are included in the 14th Five-Year Plan with Xi Jinping’s Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guideline. Since the 19th Party Congress, the term“high-quality development”has also been emphasized. Also, the legal digital currency can promote the transformation of the economy to high-quality development by improving transaction efficiency and accelerating industrial integration. Therefore, in the context of high-quality economic development, this paper reviews the recent research progress of legal digital currencies and finds that there are challenges in the monetary, technical and transactional aspects of legal digital currencies, and presents the relevant research outlook.
