创业投资对汽车制造业企业成长的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Venture Capital on the Growth of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

本文以2009—2019年上市的136家汽车制造业企业为样本,研究了创业投资对汽车制造业企业成长的影响。首先,将样本企业分为有无创业投资参与两组,运用数据包络分析测度两组企业的企业成长效率,并对两组企业的成长效率的均值进行独立样本T检验,结果表明创业投资能促进汽车制造业企业成长。其次,进一步运用多元线性回归验证创业投资各因素对汽车制造业企业成长的影响,结果显示:创业投资促进汽车制造业企业成长;高声誉创业投资能显著促进汽车制造业企业成长。最后,提出相关对策建议。

Taking 136 listed automobile manufacturing enterprises from 2009 to 2019 as samples, this paper studies the impact of venture capital on the growth of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, the sample enterprises are divided into two groups with and without venture capital participation, and the growth efficiency of the two groups of enterprises is measured by data envelopment analysis, and the mean value of the growth efficiency of the two groups of enterprises is tested by independent sample T test. The results show that venture capital promotes the growth of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, the influence of venture capital factors on the growth of automobile manufacturing enterprises is verified by multiple linear regression. The results show that venture capital promotes the growth of automobile manufacturing enterprises. High reputation venture capital can significantly promote the growth of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Finally, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
