一种无钡环保型防锈油的研制

Development of an Environment-friendly,Barium-free Anti-rust Oil

为应对日趋严格的环保法规,以精制矿物油为基础油,以磺酸钙盐与多种油溶性无钡防锈剂复配,辅以成膜剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂等功能添加剂,研制了一种无钡环保型防锈油。研制产品不含钡等重金属,防锈性能优异,湿热试验达到120 d无锈、盐雾试验达到168 h无锈,且兼具良好的润滑性能和低温流动性,可满足多种金属的中长期防锈要求以及轴承活动部件的暂时性润滑需求,且满足国外环保法规对出口金属制品防锈的环保要求。

In response to increasingly stringent environmental regulations,an environment-friendly,barium-free anti-rust oil was developed by compounding the refined mineral oil as the base oil,with calcium sulfonates and several oil-soluble barium-free anti-rust agents,plus the functional additives such as film-forming agents,antioxidants,and pour point depressants.The anti-rust oil is free of barium and other heavy metals,and has excellent anti-rust performance.In the damp heat test,it had no rust for 120 days.In the salt spray test,it had no rust for 168 hours.Meanwhile,it has good lubricating property and low-temperature fluidity.Thus,the environment-friendly,barium-free anti-rust oil can satisfy the anti-rust requirements of medium-and long-term storage and packaging of several metal products and the temporarily lubrication requirements of moving parts of bearings.Besides,it can meet the environmental requirements of foreign environmental laws and regulations for rust prevention of exported metal products.
