摘要
评价了含有1%的1,1-磺酰二咪唑(SDM)和1,1-硫代羰基二咪唑(TCDM)的聚乙二醇(PEG)的黏温性能、热稳定性、减摩抗磨性能及极压抗磨性能,探究了其减摩抗磨机制。结果表明:SDM和TCDM可显著提高PEG的热稳定性及摩擦学性能,极压抗磨性能优异,但会对黏温性能有负面影响。添加剂分子能够在钢/钢摩擦副表面摩擦形成较为稳定的物理/化学吸附膜和摩擦化学反应膜。
The viscosity-temperature properties, thermal stability, anti-friction and anti-wear properties, and anti-wear properties at extreme pressure of a polyethylene glycol(PEG) containing 1% 1,1’-sulfonyl diimidazole(SDM) and 1,1’-thiocarbonyl diimidazole(TCDM) were evaluated, and its anti-friction and anti-wear mechanisms were explored. The results show that SDM and TCDM can significantly improve the thermal stability and tribological properties of PEG, and have excellent anti-wear properties at extreme pressure, but have a negative impact on the viscosity-temperature properties. Additive molecules can form a stable physical/chemical adsorption film and a tribochemical reaction film on the surface of steel/steel friction pair.
