血清S100β、Hcy表达与脑小血管病总负担的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between serum S100βand Hcy expression and the total cerebral small vessel disease burden

摘要 目的探讨血清S100β蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)表达与脑小血管病(CSVD)总负担的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月广州市第一人民医院收治的129例CSVD患者,根据CSVD总负担情况分为轻中负担组(n=90)和重负担组(n=39)。对比两组患者基础资料、实验室指标及血清S100β、Hcy水平,应用Spearman法分析血清S100β、Hcy与CSVD总负担评分的相关性,Logistic回归分析影响CSVD总负担的相关因素。结果129例CSVD患者影像学表型以腔隙性梗死(LI)和脑白质高信号(WMH)为主。不同CSVD负担患者年龄、高血压病史比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重负担组患者血清S100β、Hcy水平明显高于轻中负担组(P<0.05)。CSVD患者血清S100β、Hcy水平与总负担评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、高血压史、血清S100β和Hcy水平是影响CSVD总负担的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CSVD患者影像学表型以LI和WMH最为常见,血清S100β和Hcy表达与CSVD总负担呈正相关,是CSVD总负担加重的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum S100βprotein and homocysteine(Hcy)expression and the total cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)burden.Methods A total of 129 CSVD patients admitted to Guangzhou first people’s hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into mild to moderate burden group(n=90)and heavy burden group(n=39)according to the total burden of CSVD.Basic data,laboratory indicators and serum S100βand Hcy levels were compared between the two groups.Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between serum S100β,Hcy and CSVD total burden score.The influencing factors on the total burden of CSVD were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The imaging phenotypes of 129 CSVD patients were mainly lacunar infarction(LI)and white matter hypertrophy(WMH).There were statistically significant differences in age and hypertension history among patients with different CSVD burdens(P<0.05).The levels of serum S100βand Hcy in heavy burden group were significantly higher than those in mild to moderate burden group(P<0.05).The serum S100βand Hcy levels of CSVD patients were significantly positively correlated with total burden score(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,history of hypertension,serum S100βand Hcy levels were independent risk factors affecting the total burden of CSVD(P<0.05).Conclusion LI and WMH are the most common imaging phenotypes in CSVD patients.Serum S100βand Hcy expressions are positively correlated with the total burden of CSVD,and are independent risk factors for the increase of the total burden of CSVD.
