Research Progress of Broiler On-farm Hatching

养殖场孵化是将孵化到18 d(即通过照蛋观察到落盘后)的种蛋转移到肉鸡场进行为期3 d的孵化,是在考虑动物福利和健康的基础上,解决现有肉鸡孵化的一些缺点和不足,进一步探索的一种孵化方式。养殖场孵化实现了出壳到饲养场的无缝对接。养殖场孵化给雏鸡提供更好的环境,减少了出雏后饲料和水缺乏等各种应激对雏鸡成活率、肉鸡健康、发育和生产性能的负面影响。养殖场孵化能够减少早期饲喂和外界压力等方面的应激,增强雏鸡体质、降低死亡率。文章对肉鸡养殖场孵化、国外养殖场孵化技术的主要运用方式、养殖场孵化对肉鸡生产的益处、养殖场孵化的技术难点等进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,为提高雏鸡质量、孵化率和成活率以及获得使肉鸡更健康成长的方式提供基础。

On-farm hatching involved transferring eggs that have been incubated for up to 18 days to a meat chicken farm for incubation for three days, in consideration of animal welfare and health, it is a hatching method to solve some shortcomings of broiler hatching. Seamless docking between shelling and feeding is realized by on-farm hatching. On-farm hatching provides a better environment for the chickens, which can reduce the negative impact of various stresses such as lack of feed and water on the survival rate of chicks, the health, development and production performance of broilers. On-farm hatching is much better than other hatching methods, it can reduce the stress of early feeding and external pressure, enhance the physique of chicks and reduce mortality. This article reviewed the current research progress on-farm hatching of broiler, the main application methods of foreign farm incubation technology, the impact of farm incubation on broiler production, the technical difficulties of farm incubation and prospects for its application, so as to increase the income of broiler hatching, improve the quality, hatching rate and survival rate of chicks and get the way to make broiler grow healthily.
