神经源性肠道功能障碍便秘症状的非药物干预研究进展

Research progress of non-drug intervention on constipation symptoms of neurogenic intestinal dysfunction

脊髓损伤伴神经源性肠道功能障碍常会引发便秘症状的发生。这可能与自主神经功能紊乱和(或)失去中枢神经系统控制等原因所致的肠功能障碍有关。长时间便秘使患者的生活质量持续降低,治疗费用的经济负担逐渐增加,患者个体化的肠道管理应引起重视。目前,临床对该便秘症状有药物和非药物的干预管理措施,该文主要从非药物肠道管理方面进行综述,以期为临床工作者带来新的启发,进一步提高患者的生存质量。

Spinal cord injury with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction often triggers the development of constipation symptoms.This may be related to intestinal dysfunction due to autonomic dysfunction and/or loss of central nervous system control.Long-term constipation can continuously reduce the quality of life of patients, and gradually increase the economic burden of treatment costs.Therefore, patients′ individualized intestinal management should be paid attention to.Currently, there are both pharmacological and non-pharmacological intervention management measures for the constipation symptom.The article mainly reviewed the study of non-pharmacological intestinal management in order to bring new inspiration to clinical workers and further improve the quality of survival of patients.
