摘要 飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)的基本原理是利用飞秒激光在角膜基质内精确切割并制作一个透镜,再通过小切口机械分离后取出透镜,是目前比较流行的一种用以矫正近视、散光等屈光不正的手术方式。该文就以SMILE治疗高度近视术后视力、视觉质量、角膜高阶像差、角膜生物力学特性、角膜后表面高度等方面的疗效进行综述。 The basic principle of small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE) is a surgical method of cutting a lens accurately in the corneal stroma by femtosecond laser, and then remove the lens through a small incision, which is a popular surgical method to correct myopia and astigmatism.In this paper, the effects of SMILE on postoperative vision, visual quality, corneal higher-order aberration, corneal biomechanical characteristics, corneal posterior surface height and so on are reviewed.
